The city stopped delivery from TAP on September 21 after several days of light rain. However, consumption had rebounded to 4.95Mgal/day on September 26, and dropped to 4.72Mgal/day on the next day. The city and the residents are still irrigating.
Inflow from the East and West Forks has been running at less than 2.5Mgal/day, so the reservoir is draining faster and sooner than anticipated on the drawdown curve, and is now under 49% full. The situation is not concerning, but merits a close watch.
