FROM TID: IRRIGATION SEASON SHUTING DOWN

Due to extremely low reservoir levels and depleted water supply, the district will be shutting the water off to all canals at 7:00 a.m. Friday morning, August 19, 2022. The lower end of some canals may have water in them until  Saturday, while the water drains down through the system.

We would like to thank everyone who worked with the district this year. Your patience and understanding are very much appreciated during this very difficult season. Hopefully we will have a very snowy and rainy winter to replenish all of our reservoirs so we will have a normal water supply for the 2023 irrigation season.

The Ashland potable water supply continues as previously, with about 57% from the watershed and about 43% from the Medford Water Commission. The reservoir stands at just under three quarters of capacity.
