The pandemic forced the cancellation of Equamore’s onsite fundraisers. Facing this challenge for a second year, the Sanctuary is asking for help.
For three decades the non-profit Foundation has been a safety net for over 140 unwanted, neglected, and abused horses and donkeys and houses between 50 and 60 equines at any one time.
Operating on an annual budget between $350 and $400 thousand dollars, the Sanctuary is currently providing a life-time of care for 54 horses and 3 donkeys.
