Ashland Utility Billing Office Closed

The City of Ashland Customer Services Utility Billing office, located at 20 E Main St in Ashland, is closed until further notice due to a staffing shortage. Customers will not be able to make payments at the office or meet staff in person at this time.
 
Payments can be made online (selfservice.ashland.or.us/MSS), mailed (20 E Main St, Ashland, OR 97520) or via the City Utility Payment Kiosk located at the Ashland Civic Center at 1175 E Main St, next to the City of Ashland Police Department. The kiosk is available 24 hours per day, seven (7) days a week. To make a payment at the kiosk, customers will need their account number and customer number, both found on City Utility billing statements. The kiosk accepts cash, check or credit card and payments are processed immediately. (Please Note: For cash payments, change is not available.)

Customers who have emailed or called recently can expect a response by Friday, September 16, 2022— Calls and emails will be returned in the order they were received. Please email or call only once per question or request, as multiple inquires will delay response time. If you are reaching out due to an emergency, please call 541.488.6004 and select option two (2).
 
Customers can expect September billing to be delayed by one week. Delinquent processing has been postponed until September 20, 2022. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.
