Save the Date for the 5th Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival!

The Historic Ashland Armory

Join us for our 5th Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour! We are thrilled to be hosting this year’s event at the Historic Ashland Armory.
“This year’s chosen theme, At the Edge, is even more appropriate now than we realized it could be….Words matter, and those in our theme certainly address some of the more pressing matters at hand, including our political future, climate change, species extinction, and social and environmental justice. They are also representative of the adventure films – bringing to mind being at the edge of a great wilderness or a path not taken.”
Are Your Favorite Spots to Swim Safe This Time of Year?
Before you head to local rivers and lakes this summer, check out our sampling results for bacteria levels! Each week, we monitor and upload our results to The Swim Guide so you can see if these waters meet safety standards for recreation.
As temperatures continue to stay warm and water levels drop, make sure to check Swim Guide to know where it’s safe to swim!
Can You Help Us Stand Up for Southern Oregon Streams?
Streams in southern and eastern Oregon continue to be left with weaker protections from harmful forestry practices than the rest of the state. The Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) is behind in developing a strategy to improve protections for our region.
