Film on impact of Ashland city council lack of oversight on historic downtown plaza 2012

The Ashland, Oregon city council failed to give oversight to the make-over of the historic downtown plaza in 2012. No one was held accountable for botched decisions by city staff that ignored state archeology law, city tree codes and public testimony to preserve historical values. This film documents the lack of oversight on this public works project and it’s impact on Ashland’s most prized asset. The shameful result remains as a disparaging reminder of Ashland’s leadership.
